I got my new area and new companion this week. Both are pretty cool, I am in Orangeburg now. I am actually in the same Zone as my first area just a new area. They put a senior couple in Walterboro so hopefully they will do well and get the branch going a little stronger haha or should I say a lot stronger hopefully. My new companions name Is Elder Neerings he is really cool we get along way good. It just sucks we haven’t gotten to go out and teach to many people this week because he has been really sick. But its getting a lot better now we were actually
able to go to church and work all of yesterday. Orangeburg is a really big area we actually cover all of Orangeburg county and Calhoun county. It is about 90 miles from one edge of our area to the other it is huge! The ward Is really cool they feed us a lot and watch out for us. The bishop used to be a stake pres I guess and he is all about baptizing people so that is really good. A lot of our area is really ghetto, haha im starting to really like the ghetto people are very humble and we talk to a ton of people and we teach a lot as well. I’m way excited we have a lot of people we should be able to baptize this transfer. Its kind of cool elder Neerings is the district leader over the Zone leaders and we are getting better numbers than they are. Not that numbers matter but they just stress them a lot so it’s good we are doing good. Its way crazy to think that Elder Neerings will be going home after this transfer. He says that the time just flies by. Haha I cant believe that I have been out over six months now. Oh ya I am still not having to bike haha we have a really nice car it is my favorite mission car so far. It is a 08 Mazda 3 it is a really nice car. Haha Elder Neerings is the assigned driver right now but his license expires soon so I will get to drive. I actually already have got to drive a couple of times when he was sick. That car is sweet it has the triptronic shifting so you can just put it in that mode and shift like a manual. Our apartment is kind of ghetto but it is pretty fun haha we have an old wheelchair that I have been playing around with a lot and we have a bongo board. Oh ya and we have a way sweet bench press set up haha so I might get into a little better shape we will see. Haha and Elder Neerings has a skateboard so we have plenty of stuff to keep us busy when we have down time so its pretty cool. Man this area that I am in used to be like one of the highest baptizing areas in all of the south the branch had a huge fast and just did a bunch of missionary work and they got big enough to be a ward and get a new building and stuff so that’s way cool there are some really cool people here. Im excited to be here I just hope they leave me longer than a transfer this time but they should so. Anyways love all of you and I hope all is well.
