Hello to all that read this,
We had a pretty sweet week haha man any time that you get to watch someone awesome join the church that is an awesome time. We have been working with Makayla Enfinger for a little bit now she is the best friend of Sam Pound a girl in our ward. She is 15 almost 16 I think she is just about to finish her sophomore year in high school. Its kind of crazy how
everything has worked out because we found out she had been coming to mutual with Sam for a little while. Haha an done week we had just gotten out of church and one of the counselors in the bishopric came up to us and told us Sam had a friend that wanted to join the church and so we were really excited to start teaching here. Well we taught her a couple of times and challenged her to be baptism and she was way excited. So it came to be the time for her interview and her dad got antied by his pastor and Makayla lives with her grandparents and so her dad told them and we had to put off the baptism. I was really not happy because of all of this but we knew that everything would work out with a little bit of time. So we were praying and doing all that we could to be able to help her. And just as we knew that it would our heavenly father made the way possible and everything worked out, so she was able to be baptized on Saturday and confirmed on Sunday. It was so amazing and it was also really good because her grandparents and her brother that live with her came and they really enjoyed the service and we got to go out to dinner with them after ward and talk a little bit. They are really nice people and I hope that they will recognize the change in Makayla and one day follows her good example. I know that the power of prayer and fasting is real and as we exercise our faith in our heavenly father and Jesus Christ anything is possible he will prepare the way for his work to bring all of us back to, to be accomplished. Missionary work is the bomb so share the gospel with everyone that you can it is the best thing you can do! Hope everyone is doing well thanks for all of your love and support.
