A nice warm hello form South Carolina,

Haha so I have kinda heard and I can imagine that it is pretty cold out there in the nice desert of Utah.  While you guys are out there freezing I would just like you to know that is pretty hot here today. Haha we left our apartment  and as soon as I walked outside I felt like I was going to start sweating, so when I have to ride my bike later I’m sure I will be sweating pretty good. Haha thought you might like that little weather update so you don’t have to worry about me freezing to death out
here well… not yet anyway.  It does get pretty cold with the humidity but not yet so that’s kinda nice.

Anyways enough about the weather here. Things are going pretty good here in the Myrtle beach ward, we had a really great day at church yesterday. As a district we had 7 at church which is pretty good, we got to teach some sweet lessons with members, and there were just some amazing miracles that happened. There was a family visiting from the Virgin Islands, they are an amazing family and have such a stong testimony of the church. Well they brought their son in in-law who is not a member so we went and talked to him and set up an appointment to go and teach him and his wife that afternoon. So we go over there and it sucked because he had just gotten called into work but we talked to his wife and the family for a little bit and they are awesome. We are going to be going back over on thanksgiving evening to talk with them some more, so we are pretty excited about that. Then Jacob our investigator was there, man he is amazing! Everybody already thinks he is a member haha and he talks like he is and he already refers to himself as a member. We were able to teach him Sunday night and he is excited for his baptism it’s awesome.  Then this lady walks into the church and starts talking to a member and non of us knew who she was. Well it turns out that she has a friend in Colorado that is a member that she has been talking to a lot about the church and so she has been looking on mormon.org and is really interested in the church. She had gone to the local library and checked out a Book Of Mormon and was reading from it. I guess she has made a lot of changes in her life lately and wants to be a member of the church. So the sisters are going over to teach her today so hopefully that goes well. There is some really great things happing here in this ward I am so happy that I get to be a part of it all. Missionary work is the best!!! The lord prepares people all around us and it is our responsibility to find them. Haha I don’t mean the full time missionaries  I mean all of the members we are to share the gospel with all those around us we should always be looking for oppourtunities to share the gospel, to get out of our comfort zone and just do it. Speaking of getting out of our comfort zone we were able to go over the our bishops house and do kind of an early thanksgiving dinner on Saturday with Bro. Nevins who got baptized just a couple of weeks ago. After we had finished eating we watched a mormon message that was all about being thankful for things and bishops wife really liked it, and she said that she was going to get some pie and either take two of us over to her neighbors with her or that she could go and invite them over. So she decides that she will just go and invite them over, haha she was like man you guys don’t know how hard this is for me to do. Unfortunately they were not home but I was just amazed that she was willing to do that. We are going to be stopping by a little later with her to try to see them. We all need to be more like sister Davis and just be willing to invite those around us to learn more about the church. Haha well now that ive preached you a good sermon you need to go out and do it! Haha im just kidding but seriously do it, the Lord will bless you as you do. Well that’s about all ive got this week hope to hear from some of you this week. Love Ya.
