Hey Yall
Haha well im sure you have all been in suspence just to see where elder Fitzgerald was getting transferred to! Alright well maybe not but im now in Florence which is closer to Myrtle beach, they are actually in my Zone so I will get to go down there on an exchange pretty soon I believe. Its kind of crazy Elder Smart my trainer is one of the district leaders in our
zone so I get to talk to him haha we just cant get away from eachother for very long. Its kind of crazy he is training another missionary and when we train we call our trainees our sons haha so I was his first born and now I have a brother. Haha Elder Smart said he is proud of me but he would be happier if I was giving him a grandson aka if I was training. I was really nervous that I would be training and president and the Assistants didn’t tell me because elder Hightower was training and I had to go with him to the trainers meeting and they had 11 chairs set up for the 11 trainers and elder Erickson who Is actually from Wellsville we graduated together he is an Assistant but he told me that I could just stay and have a sit so I was sitting there furiously taking notes sweating bullets haha then he tells me im not actally training he was just messing with me. It is pretty cool to have him here our other assistant was actually elder bowles bj fitzs friend from Idaho haha so I know them both pretty good now. But Elder bowles is training and that’s why I was in that spot because he was talking to the trainers.

This has been a pretty busy couple of days I got to my new area on Wednesday and then we had to prepare stuff for our Zone conference on Friday and it is usually held at our building because we have the stake center but the boy scouts were using it so we had to pile in the mission van and drive up to Marion. We had a good Conference there haha but right as president was in a pretty deep sermon the thunder started going it was a pretty good effect since he is huge and kinda scary sometimes then the thunder. But it was really good. It started to rain really hard so everbody was getting really wet and was rushing to the cars and they had bikes on a bike rack and they opened up the trunk with them on there and it slipped and slammed down and shattered the back window. So we had to clean that up and I got to ride in that with Elder Poll with a busted back window back down to Florence. Haha so that was pretty eventful. So we go out to work that night and come home plan and eat then we went to bed and had to wake up at five o clock in the morning so that we could drive all the way up to Columbia about an hour and fifteen minutes to have our Zone leader council meeting and discuss some different things about new mission policies and stuff haha it was pretty cool but man can you say tired. Elder Redston my zone leader before said look forward to no sleep for the rest of you mission haha so far he is right. All in all though it has been really good it really gives me a sense of responsibility to live up to my call and be an example to the missionaries in my zone, and to live up to what president and the lord expects of me. Me and Elder Cowan were talking this morning because I really don’t feel qualified but he said trust that the Lord and president trust you you really were called to this office and you can and are a great zone leader. Haha pres has told us trust in the council you give so I will have to start doing that more often. I have really enjoyed it so far though. We have a lot of work ahead of us the Zone and kinda the whole mission is not where we should be right now so we have to work extra hard but hey who doesn’t like a good challenge.
