"As far as the weather here haha to me it is always way hot! Haha I have never sweat so
much in my entire life! Even when its only like eighty because of the humidity and of course biking so much I am always hot and sweaty when we are out working. Haha my legs are getting pretty dang ripped from so much biking though it’s kinda crazy I am always tired and sore. I am way excited for conference we are hopefully going to bring a couple of our investigators to watch it with us. Everybody out here says that is way better and you get way more out of conference when you are out here as a missionary. It is so cool to know that President Monson speaks face to face with God and Jesus it just boggles my mind. So when you watch conference make sure that you pay extra attention because I know that they really are telling us exactly what god wants and needs us to hear."
"The culture is quite a bit different down here it is weird there is literally a different church on every corner I have never seen and heard of so many weird and different churches. Some of them are way freakin huge and stuff too! There is one called the brookland Baptist church right here in town you should look it up its massive they have like a buffet in the church a full blown like workout gym. Crazy you see pastors getting out of limos and stuff in front of some of the different buildings its just a big business around here ive seen a lot of stuff like that. Then just about everybody knows us as the Mormons but their church gives them like a bunch of anti stuff so you just hear some crazy things about what people think that we believe. It’s a whole different world down here." "and yes people do say skreet and skraight a lot of people just don’t use the t when they say things its way funny. They talk really slow a lot of times and they have some sweet southern drawls."
"Josh: haha seriously dude its pretty pathetic that you have only written me like once Maybe twice in the whole almost two months I have been gone. I wasn’t kidding when I told you I want you to let me know what you are up to. Haha one day a lot sooner than you realize you are going to be in my shoes and you are gonna know what I mean but I am going to be cool and write you all the time. If you have any questions about what a mission is like let me know because trust me It is nothing like you would expect. Its awesome so look forward to it. It is a very crucial part in shaping your life to follow our savior so that we can truly live with our families and god forever. Because you might not realize it now but that is really the most important thing ever! I haven’t even been out here very long and I have already learned so much its awesome!
